These terms apply to sendaillc.com and the quote comparison service run by SENDAI LLC ("SENDAI", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company at 9996 Nob Hill Ln, Sunrise, FL 33351. By using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
SENDAI is a free quote comparison service for homeowners. You tell us about a home project, we collect up to three quotes from vetted local pros and send them to you, and you choose one or none. There is no charge to you and no obligation to hire anyone. SENDAI may be paid by a pro when you choose to be connected with them.
The pros
Pros who quote your project are independent businesses, not employees or agents of SENDAI. Any agreement for work is between you and the pro you choose. We check pros before they quote, but you should confirm licensing, insurance, price and scope with the pro before work begins. SENDAI does not guarantee any pro's work, price or availability.
SENDAI text messaging program
Program name: SENDAI Quote Alerts.
What you will receive: If you check the box on our quote request form, SENDAI will text you confirmation of your request, your quotes, questions about connecting you with a pro, a request to rate the job, and occasional home project reminders from SENDAI.
Frequency: Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per request.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. SENDAI does not charge for texts.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further texts will be sent. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, or email support@sendaillc.com.
Consent: Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of using our service. You can get your quotes by email instead.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information and only submit a request for a property you own or are authorized to arrange work for. Only enter a mobile number that belongs to you.
No warranties
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SENDAI is not liable for any work performed by a pro, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
