This policy explains how SENDAI LLC ("SENDAI", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company at 9996 Nob Hill Ln, Sunrise, FL 33351, collects and uses information when you use sendaillc.com and our quote comparison service.
Text messaging and your mobile number
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes, including the businesses that quote your project. Text messaging opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
The only time a pro receives your name and phone number is when you ask us to connect you with that specific pro (for example, by replying YES to our message offering to connect you). We then share your contact details with that one pro only, so they can schedule your job. That pro does not receive your consent to receive texts from SENDAI and may not use your number for marketing.
What we collect
- Information you give us on the quote request form: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), ZIP code, the type of job and your description of it.
- Whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages, and the date and time you did.
- Your replies to our texts and emails, including quote choices and ratings.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit our website, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To collect quotes for your project and send them to you.
- To send updates about your request and, if you agreed, occasional home project reminders from SENDAI.
- To connect you with a pro when you ask us to.
- To ask how the job went and keep track of pro quality.
- To run, secure and improve our service and to meet legal obligations.
What we share with pros
To get quotes, we share your job type, ZIP code and job description with up to three vetted local pros. We do not include your name, phone number or email in these quote requests. Your contact details go to a pro only as described in the text messaging section above.
Service providers
We use service providers to host our website, receive form submissions and send text messages and emails on our behalf. They may process your information only to provide those services to SENDAI and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any SENDAI text to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email us at support@sendaillc.com. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us.
How long we keep information
We keep your request details for as long as needed to provide the service and for our records, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our service is for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version here.
